休閒農業與鄉村旅遊在中國已經有20多年的發展歷史。北京作為最早開始發展休閒農業與鄉村旅遊的城市，具備良好的農業資源條件和旅遊發展環境。至2007年底，北京全市實際經營的農業觀光園達到1302個，觀光園總收入13.1億元，農業觀光園和民俗旅遊戶接待人數達到2614.4萬人次，休閒農業與鄉村旅遊的發展呈現勃勃生機。目前北京休閒農業與鄉村旅遊發展主要有農業觀光休閒、民俗文化休閒、休閒度假三大類型；地域佈局呈現近郊、中郊平原區、遠郊山區三大圈層結構；與風景旅遊區相結合，形成十大發展基地。「十一五」期間，北京市提出重點大造「五條」農業精品旅遊專線，必將進一步推進觀光休閒農業與鄉村旅遊的健康發展。本文從發展條件、發展現狀和特點、發展佈局、旅遊線路組織等幾個方面對北京市休閒農業與鄉村旅遊的發展狀況進行了全面、系統的分析和總結，並在此基礎上提出了北京市休閒農業與鄉村旅遊發展對策與建議：合理佈局、科學管理、加大投入、強化培訓、加強法律保障。

As the capital of China, Beijing is one of the cities that develop agritourism and rural tourism firstly in our country. With rich history and culture, Beijing also has pleasant climate and colorful agricultural resources, all this provide excellent conditions for the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism.According to statistical data, until the end of 2007, there are 1302 agritourism parks in Beijing, which generate 1.31 billion yuan income. And more than 13570 families and 40000 people participate in rural tourism reception. More than 26144000 tourists have enjoyed their services and products.Now, Beijing has developed three types of leisure agriculture and rural tourism: agriculture leisure, folk culture leisure and Leisure resort with widely distribution in Beijing's suburbs. The present development layout of Beijing's leisure agriculture and rural tourism takes on a three-circled structure and forms ten development bases. To meet the requirements of leisure agriculture industry, Beijing is launching five new tourist routes special for rural tourism products, which provides a good opportunity for leisure agriculture and rural tourism development.On the basis of the research of development conditions, present situations and characteristics, development layout and tourist routes organizations, this paper gives a comprehensive analysis of the development of Beijing's leisure agriculture and rural tourism, and also gives some countermeasures and suggestions for its sustainable development: rational distribution; enhanced management; Increased investment; Intensive training; effective legal protection.
