臺灣私立幼兒園面臨未來社會人口少子女化、幼托整合後政策與制度改革,以及經濟文化結構變遷等議題挑戰,本文以文獻探析五大基礎性發展策略,首先,需評估在地生源概況、地區發展特性及其家長選擇園所因素等趨勢;其次,應聚焦服務範疇,定位幼兒園在地化角色與服務功能;再者,去除經營迷思,堅定設立理念與教育宗旨;同時,掌握政策趨勢,善用公共資源,營造優勢競爭力;最後,能夠真實面對社會變遷影響,規劃各種可行轉型方案等。 |
英文摘要 |
In Taiwan, the private preschools will face the challenge of issues of decreasing birth rate, the integrated policy and system reform of early childhood education, and the changes of cultural and economical structures in the future. In this study, five fundamental development strategies were explored through literature reviews. First of all, the tendencies of local children sources, developmental characteristics of local community, and the reasons for parents choosing preschools should be evaluated.Secondly, we should focus on the variety of services, and orientate the localization roles and functions of preschools. Furthermore, we should clarify the misconceptions of management, and firmed up the ideal thought of establishment and the purpose for early childhood education. Meanwhile, we could master the tendency of educational policy, to manipulate the public resources, and to create a competitive advantage environment. Finally, we could truthfully face the impact of social change, and then plan any possible transformation alternatives. |
