目前集水區暴雨引致新增崩塌量評估方式,大致有經驗式、專家法、力學法、統計法等方式,其中以經驗式較常被使用;因該法簡易迅速且需參數甚少,易於透過現地調查或經遙測資訊萃取獲得,便於工程設計及實施防災應變策略。鑑此,本文透過有效掌握暴雨引致新增崩塌地空間分布及降雨量精確性,建立可信度佳且具代表性之經驗式,用以合理化估算崩塌量體,藉此評估防砂設施攔阻能力,得以確實進行集水區土砂災害風險管理及保育治理工作之推動。 |
英文摘要 |
The volume of sediment produced by rainfall caused landslides can be estimated using empirical formula, expert judgment, soil mechanics analysis and statistical analysis methods. Among these, the empirical formula method is most often used because of low parameter requirements and simple assumptions. The required parameters can be obtained from field surveys or remote sensing techniques and are also helpful to engineering applications and implementation of emergency action while geohazards are encountered and. In view of these points, this study uses results from a landslide inventory and precise rain data records to develop a reliable empirical formula that estimates landslide volume relative to storm events in a watershed. Based on the above, the effectiveness of sediment retention devices are evaluated and sediment disaster management and soil and water conservation works are promoted. |
