The topic "The Beauty and Sorrow in The Moon World" is used to explore the environmental conservation issues of Moon World Area in Longci District, Tainan. Through designing lesson plans and teaching activities, this topic guides students to explore the real situation of the Moon World field. And it help students understand the problems faced by Moon World's natural environment. Therefore, two unit teaching plans- "Sorrowful Moon World" and "Beautiful Moon World" were designed respectively for this study. Ammunition factories, locations of the waste landfill and the ecological highlight for abundant of animals and plants created hot topics in Moon World of Longci District, Tainan, in the past. The current situation of "Beauty and sorrow in the Moon World" is highlighted in great contrast to previous ones. Through the exploration and analysis of the concept of the issue, we carry out the concept connection, ORID question inference, and question design, in order to guide students to think about the environmental issues of land ecology and sustainable development in Moon World. In terms of homework design, the ideas of "Advertising proposal Poster Design" and "Characteristic Industry Development of Moon World" are used as learning evaluations. The final performance task is "Advocacy Posters and Works Exhibition." Through the implementation of teaching practice, we found that students not only truly understand the environmental problems of the world via the guidance of the teaching plan, but also integrate environmental literacy from their own majors. Further, students carried out profound and creative homework design, showed multiple narrative powers and demonstrated the core literacy of reading comprehension on environmental issues. In conclusion, students can respond to the real world with action, practicality and altruism.
