企業為因應全球供應鏈發展,資訊科技是不可或缺的資源。但即使擁有良好、高度應用的資訊科技能力,尚難以直接影響供應鏈利益。資源基礎理論說明獨特性資源,透過策略的實施能產生異於其他對手之競爭優勢。本研究應用此理論,將資訊科技能力視為企業之一獨特性資源,企業內部資訊環境建立標準作業流程以及強化供應鏈策略聯盟關係分別作為公司內、外部為了提升供應鏈利益競爭優勢之策略,並將供應鏈利益劃分為因為作業流程之成本、效率,或時程改善而利於供應鏈管理的作業性利益,以及來自於與組織外部合作或建立關係而利於供應鏈管理之策略性利益,探討企業資訊科技能力該項獨特性資源是否能透過企業資訊環境建立標準作業流程內部策略,以及透過強化供應鏈策略聯盟關係外部策略分別產生供應鏈作業性、策略性利益之競爭優勢,並探討供應鏈利益對公司經營績效之影響。本研究採取問卷發放方式,以台灣上市櫃的製造業為發放對象進行施測,使用迴歸分析和部份最小平方法分析結果,分析結果除了迴歸分析顯示企業資訊科技能力該項獨特性資源不能透過企業內部資訊環境建立標準作業流程之內部策略產生供應鏈作業性利益外,其餘皆符合本研究預期,期許以此作為實務管理之參考。

英文摘要

Information technology has been the important resource with the increasingly development of global supply chain. However, Only with this ability does not bring benefits to supply chain. RBT theory has pointed out the concept that distinctive resource with the implementation of strategy can bring corporations the competitive advantage. This study is based on the theory, discussing if the information technology resource with the implementation of the establishment of information environment SOP and intensification of collaboration relationship of supply chain partners (strategies) can individually bring operational and strategically benefits; furthermore, the study talks about the relationship between these benefits and company performance. We distributed questionnaires, choosing manufacture industry in Taiwan to be the participants, and analyze the results by means of SPSS 16.0 and SMARTPLS 2.0. We find the result of third hypothesis is not significantly positive, meaning that IT ability associated with the establishment of IT environment SOP can not bring supply chain operational benefits. We also find the other hypotheses agree with our expectation. We hope this study can be helpful to corporations.
