宋元南戲《祝英台》,又名《還魂記》,由於原本早佚,僅存三支佚曲收入《九宮正始》卷三,長期以來對「還魂」情節不明。近年筆者走訪民問,訪得浙江的和劇高腔、西吳高腔、侯陽高腔、四川的川劇高腔、福建的莆仙戲五種均有「還魂」關目,且曲詞頗多與《正始》所收佚曲相同。劇名或稱《兩世緣》,或稱《祝英台》。可見南戲《祝英台》墨本雖佚,臺本卻始終在民間傳唱,顯示其在民間舞臺的強大生命力。 |

As Nanxi of Song and Yuan Dynasties, Zhu Yingtai, also called Huaihunji, whose original text was lost, has left only three melodies in Jiugongzhengshi volume III. So the plots of Huaihun have not been clear for a long time. During some grass- root interviews recently the author found that there are some episodes of huaihun in Heju Gaoqiang, Xiwu Gaoqiang, Houyang Gangqiang of Zhejiang Province, in Chuanju Gaoqiang of Sichuan Province, and in Puxianxi of Fujian Province, and he has also discovered that both their words and music are the same as the collections in Jiugongzhengshi. Its name is either Liangshiyuan or Zhu Yingtai. All these show that Nanxi Zhu Yingtai has still strong popularity with the help of the folk texts, though its original literary text was lost. |
