雲林縣、嘉義縣與臺南縣為台灣地區三個主要吳郭魚生產區域,以2005年的生產資料分析,雲林縣最有效率;以2002至2006年的資料分析,雲林縣的產量與產值亦較高。雲林縣的單養面積佔80%,此似為雲林縣生產效率較好的原因。而新竹縣的平均單價以及花蓮縣的平均單位面積產值為最高的地區,其原因有待探究。吳郭魚與台灣的養殖漁業有50年的綿密關係,如何開創屬於吳郭魚的藍海策略,讓產量不變產值增加,建立模組化與標準化的生產與行銷供應鏈系統應是未來產學研究方向之一。 |
英文摘要 |
Yun-Lin, Chia-Yi and Tai-Nan are major Tilapia culture counties in Taiwan. By analyzing the 2005 Tilapia production data of their mean of production, Yun-Lin County is the most efficient produce area. Analyzing with Tilapia production data from 2002 to 2006 of their mean of production, Yun-Lin County is also relatively high. The mono-culture area is more than 80% of the total Tilapia culture area in Yin-Lin County, which may be taken as the best reason to explain why the production efficiency of Yun-Lin County is better. The average unit price per weight of Tilapia in Hua-Lian County and average unit output value per area of Hsin-Chu County are the best of Taiwan areas, its reason remains to be discussed. The Tilapia culture and Taiwan aquaculture have more than 50 years of relation. The issue of creating a blue sea strategy of Tilapia culture such as: To keep the total output the same but with higher total revenue, overall control of the supply chain system, and creating standardized modules in the supply chain system could be one of the directions in the future development. |
