超空泡減阻技術為一種可實現水下潛體高速航行的新理論與新途徑;其減阻的原理,係利用超空泡完整包覆水下航行體,使流體與航行體表面分離,進而大幅降低水下潛體的黏性阻力。本文利用商業CFD軟體FLUENT 6.2內建之多相流模型,以及Singhal空蝕模型求解均質超空泡流場RANS方程式,針對平頭超空泡激化器進行穩態軸對稱性自然超空蝕現象數值模擬。結果顯示FLUENT提供之多相流模型及空蝕模型確能模擬出超空泡完整包覆彈體現象,且當空泡產生包圍彈體時,彈體的表面摩擦力大幅降低。 |
英文摘要 |
The drag reduction for supercavitation is a new theory and approach that can conduct high-speed navigation of underwater vehicles. This mechanism of drag reduction is to generate a supercavity that can envelop the underwater vehicles, which would result in isolating the submerged body from water to avoid considerable frictional drag. In this research, the software of computational fluid dynamics, Fluent 6.2, was used to simulate this study that is the steady, axis-symmetry natural supercavitation generated by cavitators with the types of trapezoid. Results show that the two-phase numerical model provided FLUENT can simulate supercavities well. As supercavities envelop the underwater vehicles, the frictional drags can be reduced. |
