近幾年,環保及廢棄物再生使用之觀念普遍為國人所接受,如將塑膠廢棄物回收再生處理成再生塑膠仿木材,並嘗試以其替代木材構件。為探究該材料之工程應用性,在第一階段工作已針對包含抗拉強度、抗壓強度、抗撓曲強度等主要結構性質及不同使用溫度對各種強度之影響進行探討。本研究進一步進行該材料之摩擦係數、螺栓拉拔力及持久載重潛變等與施工性及使用性有關之試驗,並分別探討於泡水及溫度環境下之變化。初步試驗數據顯示,相較於室溫強度,再生塑膠仿木材於40℃環境溫度下,抗拉強度、抗撓曲強度、抗壓強度均明顯下降約30%,螺栓拉拔力強度下降約10%。 本研究同時探討長時間戶外日照之紫外線對材料之影響。這些結果顯示再生塑膠仿木材施工性佳且具有足夠的強度,適合戶外步道及景觀休憩設施等非主結構之工程應用。 |
英文摘要 |
This study investigated the engineering properties of recycled plastic lumber for its applications on structural components. All tests followed the related ASTM testing standards. 40℃ and 0℃ were selected as test temperatures to simulate the hot humid weather in summer, and dry cold weather in winter, respectively. Previous work concentrated on the tensile, compressive, and flexural strengths and their changes at various environments. Preliminary results showed that plastic lumber had a good strength for engineering applications even at temperatures up to 40℃. Friction coefficient, bolt withdraw force and creep behavior were further investigated for this material. Finally, the lumber was exposed to outdoor environments for one year, and it demonstrated good compressive and flexural strengths. |
