在此知識經濟的時代,惟有創新的思維才能取得專利。語言教學專利提供創新的教學模式,值得我們研究及效法。語言教學專利大都結合科技及學習模式,研發數位學習。數位學習並非將書面資料網路化,而是必須經由創新的教學模式,讓數位學習達到書面教材無法達到的效果,例如適性化學習(黃國豪/徐景富2002)、教材編輯系統、自動評分系統、以影片情境作為詞彙解說之模式(陳准琰/蔣揚安2006)等等。本論文分析外語教學專利,並且將語言專利分為兩種:「語言教學理念」專利以及「語言學習工具」專利。藉由分析外語教學專利,可提供外語教師利用資訊科技的方法,豐富其教學內容及提升教學成效。

英文摘要

Only innovative model would be patentable. Patented language methods provide new teaching methods that are worth to be followed. Patented language methods in general combines technology with teaching-methods into E-learning. E-learning doesn't imply making book materials available over the internet but through new developed teaching methods reach result that wouldn't be possible with paper teaching materials, for example adaptive learning (Huang Guo-hao/Xu Jing-fu 2002), material-editor-system, automatically evaluation system, vocabulary explaining film system (Chen Huai-yan/Jiang, Yang-an 2006). This article analyzes patented foreign language teaching methods, they can be classified into two kinds: ”patented language learning theory” and ”patented learning tools”. The Analysis of patented foreign language teaching methods, can provide teachers with some models for using information technology, which will enrich teaching contents and enhance teaching and learning efficiencies.
