利害關係人分析法及企業流程兩者有共同的目的及交集點,利害關係人之關係互動是成功改善企業流程的關鍵,而利害關係人分析法主要是運用於個體與個體或是個體與群體之間的關係分析,以找出兩者之間相互的關連性及依賴性。進一步可以利用這一層的關連性得到一個新的社會網絡關係,因此藉社會網絡分析以人際關係網絡爲出發點,可運用在企業流程建置或改善上。本研究是針對於個案公司的產品部門設計作業流程進行改善,因爲IC載板在3C產品中佔有非常重要的地位,產品能在愈短的時間內出貨對於公司來說就是一個競爭力的提升,產品部門是個案公司接收到客戶設計的第一個關卡,必須要以最快的速度產出流程及製作規範,才可以使製造部門進行生產,本研究將產品部門之產品設計作業流程列爲利害關係人,如解壓縮及轉檔作業、量測並填寫規格、參數設定…等等,再依每一個步驟對於製作規範之影響程度應用特性量化法給予數據化,以得到網絡密度及中心性,再來利用彼此的關係產生關連性,最後利用設計結構矩陣對於產品設計流程進行分割及排序,新流程分割爲兩個群組的平行作業流程,將原有設計流程需費時21.47分鐘,改善後群組1需費時18.92分鐘,群組2需費時16.92分鐘,兩個群組一起並行作業,改善後,整體設計作業流程執行完成在16~18分鐘之內,工資成本下降幅度爲74.55%。從長時間來看,改善後的流程是較不會有等待及移轉所造成的背後巨大成本的浪費。因此社會網絡分析確可因應企業內外在快速的環境變化所帶來靈活的連結,藉由新連結、可彈性組合既有流程與創造新流程,提昇企業競爭力。

英文摘要

The stakeholder analysis and enterprise process have common target. The key point of improve the enterprise successful is the interaction of stakeholder. The stakeholder analysis is to assess the relationship between the individual versus group and individual versus individual. And find out the dependence and the relation above all. Furthermore gain a new social network by the relation. Therefore we could analysis the relationship net at first in the social network analysis to improve or set up the enterprise process.The research is the designer process improvement case of the product department in a company. Because the IC substrate is part of the IC industry supply chain, and also one of the important components of the 3C products. The company's competition is how to provide the products in less time. The first gate to accept the design from customers is product department. They must plan the manufacture process speedy and the standardization. The manufacture department can further begin produce. The stakeholder in this research is the product designer process in product department. For example parameter setting, fill out the specification, measure, convey the file et al. Then step by step to quantify the affect certification of the manufacture standard. And gain the network density and centrality. Finally utilize the design structure matrix to partitioning and divide the product design process. New process partition to two parallel operation process groups. Reduce the total design operation time from 21.47 minutes to 16~18 minutes (group 1:18.92 minutes; group 2:16.92 minutes), At the same time but also relatively reduce the labor cost about 74.55%.Although reduce range of time spending is not obvious, but the process after improve will avoid the cost waste in transfer and waiting. Therefore the social net analysis really could improve the company inner/outside environmental change rapidly to link. By the new flexible and liking process that with original and creative advantage to promote the competition.
