以整合型科技接受模式探討使用雲端網路硬碟之研究－以Dropbox為例

在這資訊科技快速發展的時代，網路通訊越來越普及，以往資料在傳遞時必須透過隨身碟或記憶卡來傳遞，雖然已經是相當的便利，但往往因隨身碟或記憶卡中毒，而導致資料可能損毀。隨著雲端服務的興起，各家廠商紛紛推出個人或企業使用之雲端服務功能，也因為網路快速的成長與普及，因此使用網路所花費的價格也越來越便宜，所以網路硬碟也越來越被人們所使用。本研究主要探討使用雲端網路硬碟是否能為使用者帶來的更多的便利，因此本研究使用了整合型科技接受模式（Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, UTAUT）來探討，也用了一個網路硬碟空間來測試使用者的實際使用情形，研究中發現：（1）在績效期望對使用意願是有顯著性的，意旨使用者使用雲端硬碟對工作或業務上的效率是有正面影響力的；（2）在努力期望對使用意願是有顯著性的，意旨使用者使用雲端硬碟是可以容易使用與容易學習，但因性別不同與使用經驗的累積，在使用上是有所差異的；（3）在社會影響對使用意願是有顯著性的，意旨使用者會因周遭使用者使用原端硬碟而有所影響；（4）在促成因素與使用意願對使用行為都是有顯著的，意旨使用者認為雲端硬碟發展至今算是一項很成熟的技術，所以會願意使用它，而未來也會一直使用它甚至推薦周遭的人來使用。
