使用活動流與圖形資料庫之工安訓練系統規劃設計

隨著職業災害保護與勞工權利維護之意識抬頭，工安問題預防功能逐年被重視。以石化業為例，現今的工安管理程序中，人員須在不損及設施主體安全的條件下，迅速地整合現有的資源以進行適當的工安管制程序，而這往往須透過經常性的經驗累積，以培養隨機應變的能力。本論文欲設計一個線上人員訓練評估系統，並以工安為例，將相關的工安資料數位化，提供教案產生器以建置各種工安情境模型。我們使用InDashbard平台協助學員建立動態操控儀表板，搭配軟體機械人與chatbot聊天機器人技術，進行虛擬協同互動以提高訓練便利性，歷史資料則透過我們開發的InAnalysis平台進行數據分析。本研究將使用活動流標準xAPI與圖形資料庫Neo4j來蒐集工安訓練之數據。透過xAPI活動流工具所構成的圖形結構資料，搭配使用Neo4j進行資料查詢，能比起傳統的關聯式資料庫更有效率。未來，我們希望配合設備和資產管理系統，提供整合型分析工具以進行資產風險評估，除了使用現代化物聯網技術監控並預測設備失效風險，也利用工安訓練之數據評估並預測人員失效風險，提供給勞資方與保險方一個全生命周期管理的工安風險參考依據。
