居民在地智慧、幸福感與地方依附感對觀光發展影響之研究

本研究參考Brougham & Butler（1981）影響觀光發展架構中的居民先決條件、空間型態建構出本研究之架構，本研究將先決條件視為在地智慧；居民空間型態視為幸福感、地方依附感，且經由交互作用下進而影響觀光發展。本研究以具有客家傳統氣息以及在地特色景點豐富的高雄市美濃區，以立意取樣的方式進行問卷調查，共回收有效問卷424份，透過多元迴歸分析及單因子變異數分析，結果顯示居民在地智慧、幸福感與地方依附感對觀光發展具有顯著影響且居民社經背景不同對在地智慧、幸福感、地方依附感及觀光發展具有顯著差異。

This study was based on a report from Brougham & Butler 1981. It stated that local resident's condition and spatial model impacted the tourism development. Based on Brougham & Butler (1981)'s study, this research has set up three factors which are local wisdom, well beings and place attachment for judgment sampling. Then, the results were analyzed by Multiple Regression and One-Way ANOVA. The questionnaires were distributed in Kaohsiung City, Meinong District. A total of 424 valid questionnaires were collected. The results showed that local wisdom, well beings and place attachment have significant impact of tourism development. It also displayed the different social-economic background has considerable differences in tourism development.
