由於女性空服員的特殊工作環境，隱藏著許多不為人知的潛在身心疾病及職業病的風險。相關研究中參與休閒活動頻率愈高，確實可逹到抒解工作壓力及情緒，提高服務品質及休閒滿意度， 於是如何增加女性空服員休閒參與的頻率及減少阻礙因素的發生促進工作者的健康與延長工作壽命，降低其離職率，是企業成功致勝的主要原因之一。本研究探討女性空服員在一年休假中，從事休閒活動類型與參與頻率，阻礙休閒活動參與的因素，以及參與休閒活動後對其休閒滿意程度。本研究於2013年訪問388位現職服勤於C航空公司之本國籍女性空服人員，以t-test及單因子變異數探討女性空服員在休閒活動參與、休閒阻礙、休閒滿意度上是否有顯著差異性存在，再以Scheffe法進行事後檢定。研究發現：（一）最常參與的休閒活動為在家休息與家人共處；參與休閒活動最大阻礙因素為受開放時間、季節、天候的限制；休閒滿意度最高為休閒活動能夠讓我嘗試新事物的機會。（二）個人背景變項在休閒參與上都有顯著差異；在休閒阻礙上，除了平均月收入，其餘均存在顯著性差異；休閒滿意度方面，除了婚姻狀況與子女狀況，其餘都有顯著性差異。（三）休閒參與、休閒阻礙與休閒滿意度有相關性存在。本研究貢獻為首次以女性空服員的休閒參與、休閒阻礙與休閒滿意度之整合性研究；另基於研究結果，提出策略管理意涵。
英文摘要

This study aims to explore the type and frequency of leisure activity that flight attendants will join during their day off and annual leave, to exam factors that influencing the participation of leisure activity and to study the satisfaction level after participating leisure activity. The findings show: (1) The most frequent leisure activity for flight attendant is to rest at home and spend quality time with family members. And the primary factor not to participate leisure activity is due to limitations of available time, season, and weather. Then, in terms of leisure satisfaction, the vital factor is joining leisure activity helps to explore the opportunity to try new things. (2) There is a significant difference existing for all personal background variables in leisure participation. Besides, there is a significant difference existing for other personal background variables, except for average monthly salary, in leisure constraints. Furthermore, there is a significant difference existing for other personal background variables, except for marriage status and children condition, in Leisure satisfaction. (3) There is a correlation existing among leisure participation, leisure constraint, and leisure satisfaction. The contribution of this study is the first studt to explore the relationship among leisure participation, leisure constraints and leisure satisfaction of female flight attendants. In addition, this study provides strategic management implications based on the research results.
