在觀光旅遊活動當中，永續發展的概念不可缺少，經營者與遊客應避免旅途過程中所帶來的負面環境衝擊，由於旅館消耗性資源造成現今環境的破壞與污染問題，環境保護已成為目前觀光旅遊業重要的課題，促成以永續經營為目標的綠色旅館興起，而聯合國提出之17項《永續發展目標》是為解決現今世界所面臨之問題，部份旅館集團開始以此17項目標規劃營運理念；過去旅館的相關研究甚多，但以綠色旅館為主題進行的相關研究較少，本研究目的為探討台灣地區綠色旅館發展概況與研究趨勢以及了解綠色旅館與SDGs發展目標的關聯，透過文獻回顧法，蒐集2015－2022年環保旅館相關文獻資料，透過內容分析法進行分析。依據本研究分析結果顯示在綠色旅館研究中，研究主題主要分為「消費者行為」、「永續發展管理」、「經營策略」與「評量指標建構」四大類，其中以消費者行為主題類型居多，著重於探討「影響住宿意願因子」與「態度與認知」，而綠色旅館研究與SDGs指標有所關聯性的探討，主要為目標6（潔淨水源與衛生）、目標7（永續能源）與目標12（負責任消費與生產），其中目標12為最廣泛的議題，建議旅館經營業者在了解影響住宿消費者意願因子後，調整營運方針，並積極著手規劃未來企業在永續發展上的藍圖。

In tourism activities the concept of sustainable development is indispensable. Operators and visitors should strive to minimize negative environmental impacts during their journeys. However, the consumption of resources by hotels has led to pressing issues of environmental degradation and pollution. Environmental protection has become a critical issue in the tourism industry, leading to the promote the rise of green hotels with the goal of sustainable management. The United Nations has proposed 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to address current global issues. Some hotel groups have started integrating these 17 goals into their operational philosophies. While there has been considerable research on hotels in the past, there has been relatively less research specifically focusing on green hotels. This study aims to investigate the status and trends of green hotels in Taiwan and to examine the connection between green hotels and the SDGs. Through a literature review, relevant documents on green hotels from 2015 to 2022 were collected, and content analysis will be conducted on the gathered literature. According to the analysis results, research on green hotels is primarily categorized into four main themes: "consumer behavior," "sustainable development management," "business strategies," and "construction of indicators." Consumer behavior is the most prevalent research theme, focusing on the factors that influence accommodation preferences and attitudes. The study also examines the relationship between green hotel research and three SDGs: Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), Goal 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), and Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). Goal 12 appears to be the most widely discussed topic. Based on these research findings, it is recommended that hotel operators, adapt their operational policies and proactively plan the sustainability of their businesses.
