資訊安全與個資法之整合架構於醫療產業之應用

由於資安意識的抬頭，現今用於醫療業的資安標準逐漸被重視，並且從國內推動個資法就可看出，但對於包含隱私個資的醫療業而言，個資外洩之影響更為甚大。針對醫院特殊的個資情形，目前國內少有相關研究在個資法與醫療產業的整合上，因此本研究目的在於建立一套以個人資料保護法為基礎的醫療資訊安全與隱私權保護之管理機制，用以協助醫療機構在因應個資法施行下法令遵循並建立完善醫療資訊安全保護框架。
