雲端運算發展至今,在政府積極以政策輔導下,已儼然成為資通業之新興主流。雲端運算除提升政府效能外,更協助其它產業發展,將其業務予以雲端化,提供創新服務與商業模式。然而,在政策推動過程中,發現國內業者在投入資訊系統雲端化的成本過高,缺乏合適之諮詢、設計等相關評估方式,以及欠缺資訊服務雲端化之橋接機制,導致雲端化的規劃與建置未如預期。本文旨在以知識貢獻架構為基礎,提出一個資訊服務雲端化之橋接平台的機制,降低雲端化成本,提供接觸商機的管道。

英文摘要

In government policy guidance, cloud computing has become a new mainstream of ICT industry. In addition enhancing government efficiency, cloud computing can assist in the development of othe rindu stries, and migrate business on to cloud. It can also provide innovative services and business models. However, the authors found that policies to promote cloud computing in domestic information systems are hindered by high costs, inappropriate assessment methods and alack of bridging mechanisms for migrating information services on to cloud. It caused planning and building a cloud is not as expected. This paper based on the knowledge contribution architecture aims to propose a mechanism for cloud service bridge platform which could reduce the cost of the cloud migration and provide business opportunity channels.
