對於家禽食品加工業而言,由於原料投入活禽雞鴨規格不一致,產出也會有多種規格,若涉及分切產品,產品規格需待產出後才可以確定。因此,一個能夠整合企業營運管理系統、解決企業在工廠管理並提供整合且即時的製造執行系統為企業所期待。本文以家禽食品加工業J公司為例,探討個案公司J導入製造執行系統後,透過客製化執行系統強化原企業資源規劃系統生產模組不足,有效改善聯產品報產、生產領用問題,及電宰廠無法前開工單等問題,並補強企業資源規劃系統生產模組不足部分,以使現場作業人員即時報工、報產及用料上報,提高報工報產效率及正確性,讓工廠管理與營運管理接軌。

英文摘要

For the poultry food processing industry in this country, due to the inconsistent specifications of raw materials input and live poultry, chickens and ducks, the output will also have various specifications. If it involves cutting products, the product specifications can only be determined after the output. Therefore, a manufacturing execution system that can integrate the enterprise operation management system, solve the enterprise management in the factory and provide an integrated and real-time manufacturing execution system is expected by the enterprise. Taking company J in the poultry food processing industry as an example, this paper discusses that after the case company J introduced the manufacturing execution system, it strengthened the shortage of production modules of the original enterprise resource planning system through the customized execution system, and effectively improved the problems of co-product production, production and use. And the electric slaughtering factory could not start the work order in advance, and strengthen the insufficient part of the production module of the enterprise resource planning system, so that the on-site operators can immediately report for work, production and materials, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of reporting work and production. Bring factory management into line with operations management.
