探討汐止製造業區位形成與其永續發展：以緯和有限公司為例

汐止區地理位置特殊，由新北土城、中永和到新店的工業科技走廊延伸至汐止，連接台北市的內湖南港科技走廊，汐止正好成為黃金三角地帶有區位優勢，未來由南港延伸的民生線更通過汐止連接五堵倉儲區到達基隆，汐止周邊工業區將成為新北市工業發展的關注區。本文就汐止製造業群聚動態，以緯和有限公司為個案，運用新經濟地理學「三位一體」技術-組織-地域的分析架構，以瞭解製造業發展、廠商之間互動關係和區域的形成。另外，永續發展是近年來每個企業發展的目標，因此，本研究也透過此文的研究，進一步瞭解企業如何邁向環境永續發展。了解企業善用「三位一體」的架構可注入活力讓企業可朝永續邁進。

Xizhi District has a special geographical location. Due to the industrial technology zone from Tucheng, Zhongyonghe to Xindian extends to Xizhi, connecting to the Neihu Nangang Technology Zone in Taipei City, Xizhi happens to be a golden triangle zone with location advantages. In the future, the MRT extending from Nangang will connect the Wuda Warehouse Area to Keelung through Xizhi and the surrounding industrial areas of Xizhi, it will become a focus area for industrial development in New Taipei City. This article focuses on the clustering dynamics of the manufacturing industry in Xizhi, using Welcome Co., Ltd. as a case study and using the " holy trinity " technology-organization- territory analysis framework of new economic geography to understand the development of the manufacturing industry, the interaction between manufacturers, and the formation of regions. In addition, sustainable development has been the goal of every enterprise's development in recent years. Therefore, this study also aims to understand how enterprises can move towards sustainable environmental development through the research presented in this article, and how enterprises can use the " holy trinity " framework to enable them to move towards sustainability.
