近年來教育部持續在大專院校推動對於學生的學習具有正面價值的大學社會責任計畫,延續其前身的服務學習計畫,或是繼續鼓勵教師開授服務學習課程。本文的目的是解析中原大學室內設計學系畢業班的一組設計團隊,在桃園市八德區金城街進行實作導向服務學習課程的整體過程與部份服務成果,並且比較這個課程與一般室內設計課程的異同之處。本文的研究方法是案例研究,資料收集方法是訪談法,研究範圍是設計團隊執行的可食地景之營造與照護。研究的結果指出,實作成果符合服務學習的核心特質、執行的過程喚起了居民對於社區的問題意識、可食地景使得學生與居民之間的互動更加熱絡。這個課程也擴增了一般設計課程的設計學習範疇,以及指出了新的設計教學方向。這些成果在服務學習、社區營造和設計教育領域具有重要的實用性。如何將服務經驗傳承給在地居民與未來的學生服務團隊成為後續重要的研究議題。 |
英文摘要 |
Recently, the Ministry of Education of Taiwan has continued to promote University Social Responsibility (USR) programs that have positive value for students ' learning in colleges and universities, continuing its predecessor Service-Learning program. Chung Yuan University attaches great importance to service-learning courses. The purpose of this research is first to interpret the entire process and results of the edible landscape in Jincheng Street of Bade District of Taoyuan City. This project has completed by five fourth-year students of the Interior Design Department of Chung Yuan Christian University. This paper also compares course contents between general design course and the implementation-oriented service-learning one. Case study was the methodology of this study, and interview was the data collection method. The service outcomes conform to the core characteristics of service-learning, and local residents are conscious of community problems during the construction. This course expands learning scope of the general one, and points out new directions of design pedagogy. These results have important practicality for the scopes of service-learning, community empowerment, and design pedagogy. The ways of passing down the resultant experiences to the community and prospective service teams become critical topics of future studies. |
