本文主要目的是探討網球雙手反拍擊球時上臂肌群肌肉活化特徵。以8位女子網球選手為實驗參與者,利用表面肌電計來測量選手上肢雙臂肱二頭肌、肱三頭肌共四個肌群,並使用高速攝影機來決定擊球過程各期別的分期點,以均方根肌電振幅大小來量化分析各肌群的活化特徵。結果:慣用手及非慣用手肱二頭肌、肱三頭肌在不同揮拍動作時期,肌肉活化程度皆達顯著差異(p < .05)。結論:在雙手反拍擊球過程,雙手上臂肌群肌肉活化程度大小依序為加速期、跟隨期、準備期。尤其是肱三頭肌,選手訓練時必須強化以避免受傷。 |
英文摘要 |
The aim of this study was to investigate muscle activation characteristics of the upper arm during the tennis two-handed backstrokes. Eight skilled female tennis players were participate in this study. Muscle activity was determined using surface electromyographic (EMG) techniques, and the critical instants of acceleration phase were determined using high-speed video cameras. The EMG activity was recorded from four upper limb muscles (biceps brachii and triceps brachii of both right and left arms). EMG rms values of the burst of different phases were individually calculated. The results of this study were summarized as followed: The muscle activation of biceps brachii and triceps brachii muscle during acceleration phase was significantly larger than back swing and follow-through phase for both arms (p < .05). The muscle activation during back swing phase was smaller than other phase; acceleration phase was larger than other phase. The activities of the triceps brachii were greatest during backhand strokes. Tennis players should strengthen these muscles in order to prevent injury. |
