目的:探討運用羽球視覺反應動作訓練系統(Visual Reaction Training System, VRTS)介入羽球專項能力與敏捷性訓練的效益。方法:以十二名國中男子羽球選手為受試者(年齡=13.83±0.57歲;身高=164.54±11.52厘米;體重=51.67±11.32公斤),進行為期共9週的羽球移動步法敏捷訓練計畫與測試,「固定米字步」、「隨機米字步」與「T字敏捷」則為測試項目。採用重複量數單因子變異數分析與Bonferroni事後比較針對VRTS所蒐集到的前、中、後測數據(反應時間、動作時間與總位移時間)加以比較,以檢驗訓練效果。結果:固定米字步測試反應時間(p≤.01)與動作時間(p≤.05)於中測與後測相較前測皆達顯著差異。隨機米字步測驗(p≤.01)與T字敏捷測試位移總時間(p≤.01)相較前測考驗後於中測及後測皆達顯著改善。結論:透過VRTS訓練羽球移動步法敏捷性可有效增強專項能力與敏捷能力,並有助於提升選手整體運動表現。建議未來羽球步法等相關訓練及相關研究可加入多元量化指標以有效輔助選手訓練成效與成績表現。

英文摘要

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Visual Reaction Training System (VRTS) on the specific ability and agility. Methods: Participants were twelve junior high school male badminton players (13.83±0.57y; 164.54±11.52m; 51.67±11.32kg). The participants all involved in a badminton footwork training for nine weeks. Fixed and random six-point footwork test and agility T-test was conducted at pre-test, mid-test, and post-test. One-way repeated-measures ANOVA with Bonferroni correction was used to identify the differences (response time, movement time and total (shift) time) before, during, and after training. Result: The results revealed a significant improvement in the reaction time (p≤.01) and movement time (p≤.05) for the fixed six-point footwork test (p≤.01) at mid-test and post-test. The total time of fixed and random six-point footwork test and agility T-test improved significantly at mid-test and post-test i(p≤.01). Conclusion: Badminton footwork agility training with VRTS can enhance specific ability and agility, and further improve performance. Therefore, the suggestion for the researchers and coach is that measuring precisely and quantizing the variables are key points when evaluating footwork agility.
