許多國際知名的社會企業家,在求學歷程中都有帶領社團參與校外協助弱勢的經驗。爰此,本研究針對臺灣各大專院校學生社團負責人,進行社會企業創業意圖之調查研究。本研究基礎於Mair與Noboa(2007)所提出的社會企業創業意圖理論,透過問卷調查,收集到443份有效問卷進行分析。因素分析顯示:同理心區分為認知同理心與情感同理心,社會責任區分為利害關係人觀點和股東觀點,創業創造力自成單一因素,社會資本與支持可區分為凝聚型與橋接型。多元迴歸分析指出,創業創造力是影響社會企業創業意圖最大的正向因素,其次依序為:股東觀點、利害關係人觀點,和凝聚型社會資本;橋接型社會資本有負向的影響,而認知與情感同理心都無顯著的影響。本研究結果可為大專院校課外學習的內涵建構、輔導作為,與評量方式,產生具有創新引導的啟發功能。

英文摘要

From observations of internationally renowned social entrepreneurs, it is apparent that most had experience of leading student society members and being engaged in social work for disadvantaged people. Therefore, we analyzed social entrepreneurial intentions among university students in Taiwan (N = 443). The results of a survey developed based on the model suggested by Mair and Noboa (2007) confirmed factor structures of five scales, namely two factors of empathy (i.e., cognitive empathy and affective empathy), two factors of social responsibility (i.e., stakeholder and stockholder perspectives), two factors of social capital and support (i.e., bonding and bridging), one factor of entrepreneurial creativity, and one factor of social entrepreneurial intention. The results also indicated that entrepreneurial creativity was the most influential positive factor, followed by stockholder perspective, stakeholder perspective, and bonding social capital. Bridging social capital negatively affected social entrepreneurial intention, whereas cognitive and affective empathy did not have significant effects. The results of this study are hoped to inspire and innovate the activity design, guiding strategies, and evaluation methods of extracurricular activities in higher education.
