學校輔導較少探究被收養兒童的議題。兒童安置、收出養為社會福利系統的主責,除了有社工人員訪視,學校則提供心理輔導和諮商的資源。本文的主要目的包含:一、探究被收養兒童經歷的情緒和社會行為困擾;二、分析學校教師與輔導人員對於被收養兒童的創傷後壓力反應的理解,學校可提供的諮商和輔導支持。本研究探討6歲到13歲被收養兒童的情緒與行為表現。結果如下:一、影響被收養兒童身心健康的因素包含安置前的不穩定環境與照顧品質;二、情緒表達是被收養兒童常見的問題,且其退化作用經常引發照顧者的負向回應,收養確定後,被收養兒童經常出現與重要他人的分離焦慮;三、被收養兒童的其他特殊議題包含學習發展遲緩和性議題。本研究提供學生事務和輔導三方面的啟發並提出建議:學校教師對兒童情緒和行為困擾的覺察和瞭解、學校提供穩定的學習環境和輔導策略,以及學校教師協助被收養兒童國外生活的準備。

英文摘要

In the area of school counseling, there has been little attention to adoptees. The studies of adoptees involve their placement and the posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) counseling of social welfare and psychological issues. It is necessary to equip school teachers with perceptions of adoptees' emotional and behavioral needs and integrate school counseling system as part of the supporting system. The aim of this study is to explore the adoptees' emotional and behavioral responses whose ages ranged from 6 to 13, from the cases analysis of the social workers' adopting reports. The findings showed that the unstable caring environment before adoption could trigger adoptees' trauma responses. The difficult behaviors, at the same time, irrigate the caretakers (normally foster parents) and their negative responses towards the adoptees. Third, the adoptees also presented special conditions such as learning and development delays and sexual issues. Three counseling strategies were suggested: school teachers needed to pay attention to the difficult children's behaviors and emotional needs. Furthermore, schools could provide stable learning environment and counseling strategies when necessary. Finally, the schools could provide resources to prepare the adoptees' future living in other countries.
