The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among clubs experience learning and career self-efficacy for college students. Using the questionnaire titled "Clubs Experience Learning and Career Self-Efficacy for College Students" as the study method, the study aims to understand the discrepancies in career self-efficacy among personal background variables and clubs experience learning for college students. The object of this study is colleges students of private universities in Northern Taiwan in the 110 school year, from whom 412 valid questionnaires were retrieved. With the statistical software IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 for Windows, information was collected by using statistical methods such as reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are summarized as follows: (1) College students show positive development in clubs experience learning and in every aspect. (2) College students show positive development in career self-efficacy and in every aspect. (3) There is significant positive correlation between clubs experience learning and career self-efficacy for college students. (4) The factors of college students' clubs experience learning possess explanatory powers for career self-efficacy, which occur between 6.1% and 13.6%. According to the results of this study, four suggestions are put forward: (1) Schools should attach importance to college students' community experience learning and provide multiple programs and counseling models. (2) Schools can combine career-related activities to develop innovative club activity programs to help students understand social and professional trends and improve career development. (3) College students should actively participate in clubs and be brave enough to take on leadership positions to improve their soft power. (4) College students can actively learn and connect with society through club experience and participate in career-related activities to help develop career self-efficacy.
