本研究以青少年為研究對象,探究青少年對於家庭以及學校的性教育實施現況看法。透過立意取樣以及滾雪球方式,針對39名12至18歲之青少年進行面對面訪談。資料分析採用主題分析法。研究結果顯示,家長鮮少與青少年討論性健康議題;性與關係教育是學校健康教育課程的核心;除了學校課程外,網路與同儕是青少年瞭解性健康的途徑;課程挪用以及禁愛氛圍是全面性教育落實的阻礙;儘管學校已提供性教育課程,青少年仍期待加深與加廣的性知識學習。根據本研究結果,研究者建議青少年性教育應以科學知識為基礎傳遞性知識、性健康應以學校教育為主而家庭教育為輔、提供適齡的全面性教育以及強調性教育是多元且尊重的教育。 |
英文摘要 |
This study investigates adolescents' perspectives on the present-day implementation of sex and sexuality education in families and schools. Participants included 39 adolescents aged 12-18 years, interviewed by using purposive selection and snowballing approaches. A thematic analysis was performed to analyze the data. The following findings were revealed: Parents seldom discussed sexual health with their children; sex and relationship education were important themes covered in school sexuality education; in addition to school courses, the internet and peers served as key sources of sexual health knowledge for adolescents; borrow-and-lend of curriculum and a love-forbidden atmosphere were barriers to the implementation of comprehensive sexuality education in schools; moreover, although schools offered sexuality education lessons, adolescents expressed interests in deepening and widening their knowledge about sexuality. Based on the findings of this study, the researchers suggest the following: Adolescent sexuality education should be based on scientific knowledge; sexual health education should be based on school education, supplemented by family education; comprehensive sexuality education should be provided with a focus on age-appropriate sexuality education; finally, sexuality education should provide a diversified and respectful educational experience for students. |
