65歲男性，工作時突然暈厥入急診，疑似心肌梗塞照會心臟專科醫師，依12導程心電圖及臨床症狀判定為Brugada Syndrome。住院期間，兩次運動心電圖都呈現胸前導程V1-V3異常，但心肌酵素及電解質正常，將病患轉介至醫學中心做基因檢查。

A male patient was sent to the Emergency Department by ambulance after developing syncope when he was at a guardhouse. The 12 leads EKG showed abnormality at precordial leads V1 to V3. Acute myocardial infarction had suspected and immediately consulted the cardiologist. According to his symptoms and the EKG finding, Brugada syndrome was suspected. He was admitted for further study and treatment. During the hospitalization period, cardiac enzyme studies and electrolytes were normal. However, treadmill test led to EKG abnormalities at precordial leads V1 to V3. As a result, we referred him to the medical center for genetic screening.
