注意力不集中過動症(Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, ADHD)是常見的兒童神經行為發展異常。一個有脾臟傷害的ADHD兒童，接受脾臟動脈栓塞術後形成脾臟囊腫，在無臨床症狀並規律追蹤兩年後，仍發生第二次脾臟傷害。建議ADHD兒童若有脾臟囊腫，應及早接受外科處置。

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurobehavioral developmental disorder commonly seen in children. Children with ADHD have a higher risk of sustaining traumatic injury. We report a child with ADHD who had suffered a splenic injury and had then received a conservative splenic artery embolization. A huge splenic cyst formed after the procedure. Although he had no uncomfortable symptoms and had received regular follow up, he suffered a grade IV splenic injury again two years later. Children with ADHD who have a huge splenic cyst should be treated surgically at an early stage to avoid an increased risk of splenic rupture.
