研究目的：研究目的為將性功能變化問卷簡短版（Changes in Sexual Functioning Questionnaire short form, CSFQ-14）建立其中文版之信效度。研究方法：此問卷主要施測於精神分裂症病患，共計80位。研究結果：病患平均在20分鐘內可填答完成。CSFQ-14也進一步分析精神分裂症病患之性功能改變之程度。信度部分分析精神分裂症內在一致性係數為0.93，折半信度為0.86。建構效度分析問卷之因素分析了解其建構組成。研究結論：中文版CSFQ-14用於精神分裂症病患，經信效度分析為信效度良好之工具，可做為測量精神分裂症病患性功能障礙之使用。

The aim of this study is to adapt and validate the Changes in Sexual Functioning Questionnaire short form (CSFQ-14) in Chinese. The CSFQ-14 was administered to total 80 subjects of schizophrenia. The time spent answering the CSFQ-14 was within 20 minutes. In the two areas of reliability (internal, split-half and test-retest), the coefficients obtained were greater than 0.90 for patients with schizophrenia. The factor analysis demonstrated partial differences in the internal construct of the American CSFQ-14 and its Chinese equivalent. The psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the CSFQ-14 indicate that it is a valid instrument for evaluation the changes of sexual function in patients with schizophrenia.
