本研究主要探討女性在產前及產後夫妻的性溝通、性滿意度變化，比較不同背景女性在產前及產後的性溝通、性滿意度差異情況，與影響女性產前及產後的性溝通、性滿意度相關性。目前國內外研究指出影響孕期性滿意度多為對孕期性知識不足所致，另在產後6個月內高比例婦女有性功能障礙的困擾影響性滿意度；研究也證實「性溝通」是預測婚姻滿意度重要指標。國內現仍缺乏針對孕、產期夫妻性溝通及性滿意度的研究。研究方法以網路問卷形式放至孕、產婦相關社群平台，針對產後1年內女性收案，共回收390份，剔除無效問卷後總計383份，以SPSS 19.0進行資料分析，統計方法使用描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、相依樣本t檢定及皮爾森積差相關係數分析。結果顯示：（1）女性在產前及產後性溝通無明顯改變，但在性滿意度上，產後較產前明顯變差，另發現初產婦在產前、產後整體性溝通分數均高於經產婦；且伴侶關係滿意度越佳的女性，性溝通得分也越高。（2）在產次、生產方式、職業狀態、年齡、教育程度、家庭年收入、餵養方式、母嬰同室情形、孕期性交次數、產後性交次數等不同背景下，其性溝通和性滿意度上並無差別。（3）女性在「產前性溝通」越佳者，其「產後性溝通」較好；產後性滿意度也較能維持。

This study mainly discusses the changes in sexual communication and sexual satisfaction of women during antenatal and postpartum periods. It compares the differences between prenatal and postnatal sexual communication and sexual satisfaction among women from different backgrounds, and also discusses the correlation of sexual communication and sexual satisfaction between antenatal and postpartum periods. Currently, domestic and foreign studies have pointed out that most of the impacts on sexual satisfaction during pregnancy were caused by insufficient sexual knowledge during pregnancy, and a high proportion of women with sexual dysfunction in the 6 months after childbirth affected sexual satisfaction; studies have also confirmed that ＂sex communication＂ is an important indicator of prediction for marriage satisfaction. Currently, there is still lack of research on sexual communication and sexual satisfaction of couples during pregnancy and childbirth. The research method was putting the online questionnaires on the social platforms related to pregnancy and maternity and collected after been finished. After rejected invalid questionnaires, this study collected a total of 383 cases from women within one year after delivery. SPSS 19.0 was used for data analysis. Descriptive statistics, single factor analysis, t-test of dependent samples, and analysis of Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient were used in this study. The results showed that: (1) There was no significant change in sexual communication between women before and after childbirth, but in terms of sexual satisfaction, postpartum was significantly worse than before childbirth. It was also found that the overall sexual communication scores of primiparous women were higher than those of postpartum women; and the more satisfied women of relationship, the higher sexual communication score they got. (2) In different backgrounds such as parity, production mode, occupational status, age, education level, family income, feeding style, mother-infant cohabitation, number of sexual intercourse during pregnancy, and number of sexual intercourse after childbirth, there were no obviously difference of their sexual communication and sexual satisfaction. (3) Women with better ＂prenatal sexual communication＂ have better ＂postnatal sexual communication＂; postnatal sexual satisfaction can also be maintained better.
