性是人類在生理、情緒、智能與社會等各層面的整合，而性生活品質涵蓋了性滿意度中，個人的性生理功能、性的自我效能，以及親密關係的滿意度而形成的整體滿意度。因此，性生活品質建立在個人生理、心理、人際關係和伴侶情感的基礎線，進而交錯形成，涵蓋著客觀事實與主觀個人經驗的特有複雜歷程。不僅是親密關係中一起實現幸福感與滿足感的重要因素，也在提升個人自我認同度與滿意度、改善人際關係、提高整體生活品質，有著不可小覷的正向影響力。本文主要以系統性文獻回顧之分析方法，以「性生活品質」或「sexual quality of life」、「sexual satisfaction」為研究主題或關鍵詞，發表於2004～2022年期間之國際文章，共計32篇。再將性生活品質的定義、內涵、影響因素做一文獻之回顧、整理與解析，並提出改善與促進性生活品質之策略。藉由組織與個人面向之性健康素養的推動，將性健康素養化為具體策略：（1）社會層面之人際關係的促進；（2）教育層面之性知識與性態度的豐厚；預期達到普及與提升個人與社會面向的性健康素養，將有助於實踐優化的性生活品質於日常生活中。

Sex is the integration of human beings at various levels such as physiology, emotion, intelligence and society, and the quality of sexual life covers the individual's sexual physiological function, sexual self-efficacy, and the satisfaction of intimacy. The quality of sexual life is intertwined and formed on the basis of personal physiology, psychology, interpersonal relationships and partner emotions. It covers the individual specific complex process of objective facts and subjective experience. It is not only an important factor in achieving happiness and satisfaction in intimate relationships, but also has a positive influence on improving personal self-identity and satisfaction, improving interpersonal relationships, and improving the overall quality of life. This study is a systematic review report in which the researcher utilizes literature review as the major research approach. A total of 32 relevant academic papers are collected between 2004 and 2022 with "sexual quality of life" and "sexual satisfaction" as the research theme or keywords. This study tries to analyze the definition, content, and influencing factors of sexual life quality. It also proposes coping strategies to promote sexual life quality. Through the promotion of sexual health literacy for organizations and individuals, sexual health literacy will be transformed into the following specific strategies: (1) Promotion of interpersonal relationships at the social level; (2) Enrichment of sexual knowledge and attitudes at the educational level. It is expected to popularize and improve sexual health literacy for individuals and society, which will in turn help to practice optimized quality of sexual life in daily life.
