工業廢水多含有毒重金屬物質,這些重金屬無法被生物所分解,且會累積於生物體內造成疾病。為避免含有重金屬之工業廢水造成環境汙染,進行廢水排放前須對廢水作淨化處理。目前常用之方法為利用生物高分子絮凝劑吸附水中重金屬離子,以降低重金屬濃度至安全範圍。本研究主要探討生物性高分子絮凝劑於吸附移除水溶液中重金屬汞離子的應用及吸附效率,針對工業貯水池汞汙泥廢水,添加生物及化學高分子絮凝劑,分析其在混凝程序中種類及劑量對混凝去除汞離子之效果。實驗結果顯示,Bio-C生物高分子絮凝劑對重金屬汞離子濃度吸附移除與懸浮固體濃度下降去除的效果皆優於APAM與Bio-A等高分子絮凝劑。使用50 μl/L之Bio-C即可達到放流水標準,可大幅降低對於廢水處理廠後端處理負荷,並增快淨水流程速度及降低後端處理成本。 |

The aim of this study is to discuss the application of removing the heavy metal, mercury, in aqueous solution by biological polymer flocculant and the adsorption efficiency. This study compare different dose of biological with different dose of chemical polymer flocculant in industrial reservoir which contains mercury ion, and analysis its ability of removing the mercury ion in the coagulation process then find out the optimal proportion of dose. By this method, differences of function of each flocculant and the effect of precipitation time for the content of mercury ion will be discussed. According to the results, the ability of removing mercury ion and suspended particle of BioC is better than APAM and BioA. Adding 50 μl/L of BioC biopolymer in wastewater could attain the emission standards, it will significantly lower the loading of wastewater treatment plant and speed up the treatment process and keep the cost down. |
