本文以阿里山公路(台18線)為研究對象,根據1996年~2012年間,阿里山公路在颱風侵襲下降雨引發及未引發公路邊坡崩壞事件為基礎,針對各颱風之降雨特性值,如最大降雨強度I(mm/hr)、有效累積降雨量R(mm)、有效降雨延時T(hr)進行統計分析求得所有引發及未引發邊坡崩壞的颱風之I-R關係、I-T關係,進而建立阿里山公路高、中、低海拔路段在颱風豪雨時的致災及非致災的機率模式,並應用此模式之致災、非致災機率的變化提出阿里山公路通行管理基準。本文並以2013年「712蘇力颱風」之降雨與崩塌紀錄來驗證本模式之準確性。 |

This study proposed a new probability-based model to manage the slope failure along the Alishan Highway (Tai-18 Highway). Maximum rainfall intensity, I(mm/hr), Effective cumulative rainfall, R(mm), and Effective rainfall duration, T(hr), are main parameters in this model. The database includes the rainfall data of each typhoon with/without slope failure along Alishan Highway from 1996 to 2012. The Alishan Highway is divided as three sections: high altitude, medium altitude, and low altitude. The I-R and I-T of each typhoon are investigated to generate the model. The slope failure data during the Typhoon Soulik in 2013 is taken to demonstrate the correctness of the new highway management model. |
