本研究旨在探討屏東縣國小教師教學快樂感與創意教學之現況,以及不同背景變項的國小教師其教學快樂感與創意教學之差異情形,並探討國小教師教學快樂感與創意教學之關係。本研究採問卷調查法,以自編之「國小教師教學快樂感與創意教學調查問卷」作為資料蒐集的工具,其研究對象為屏東縣之500位國小教師,共獲得有效問卷465份。調查結果以描述性統計、相依樣本變異數分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸等統計方法,進行資料分析。根據分析結果,獲致以下結論:(1)國小教師教學快樂感受大致良好,最主要來自「工作熱忱」及「關懷幸福」。(2)國小教師創意教學的情形大致良好,其中以「創意教學態度」的表現為最佳。(3)國小男性教師在教學快樂感和創意教學的表現上較優於國小女性教師。(4)國小資深教師在教學快樂感和創意教學的表現上較優於國小資淺教師。(5)國小主任在教學快樂感和創意教學的表現上較優於國小導師。(6)國小教師的教學快樂感與創意教學具有關聯性。教師教學快樂感愈高,其創意教學表現的自我肯定愈高。(7)國小教師教學快樂感的「工作熱忱」對教師的創意教學影響最大。最後根據本研究結論提出各項建議,提供教育主管機關、國小教師之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
The main purpose of this study is aimed to investigate the relationship between teaching happiness and creative teaching of elementary school teachers in Pingtung County. This study chose survey method. The tool used was ”The Questionnaire of Elementary Teachers' Teaching Happiness and Creative Teaching” developed by the researcher. The study objects were the teachers of elementary schools in Pingtung County. The study sample through stratified random sampling. The effective samples are 465 in total. According to the result of the questionnaire, the following conclusions are gained by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way variance of analysis, Pearson's product-moment correlation method, and the regression analysis in multiple steps. Conclusions are drawn as follows: (1)Elementary teachers' teaching happiness come from mainly working zeal and care of well-being. (2)Elementary school teachers have excellent abilities of creative teaching, especially in attitude about creative teaching.(3)The male teachers of elementary schools perform higher than the female teachers in teaching happiness and creative teaching.(4) The senior teachers of elementary schools perform higher than the junior teachers in teaching happiness and creative teaching (5)The directors of elementary schools perform higher than the homeroom teachers in teaching happiness and creative teaching (6)There is a correlation between teaching happiness and creative teaching of elementary school teachers. The higher teaching happiness teachers have, the more creative teaching they practice. The better the teacher’s performance in creative teaching is, the higher teaching happiness teachers have.(7)Elementary teachers' working zeal of teaching happiness have a deeply influence on the whole creative teaching of teachers. The conclusions above have the following implications: For educational administrative organization and elementary school teachers. |
