本研究目的為探討臺灣四大族群的身體活動差異情形與參與動機及阻礙因素的差異情形為何。本研究以高雄市與屏東縣原住民、閩南、客家、外省四族群共計490位為研究對象。研究工具為中高齡族群生活型態問卷。以SPSS13.0版統計軟體進行描述統計、卡方獨立性檢定、單因子變異數分析等資料處理。顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果發現：1.台灣四大族群的身體活動運動頻率差異達顯著水準。2.台灣四大族群的身體活動運動時間差異達顯著水準。3.台灣四大族群的身體活動運動強度差異達顯著水準。4.台灣四大族群整體、休閒資源、個人因素、環境因素參與動機差異均達顯著水準。5.台灣四大族群整體、他人態度、認知因素、環境因素、個人因素、社會資源、外在支持、參與需求參與阻礙差異均達顯著水準。

The purpose of this study were to explore the differences of physical activity of Taiwan's four major ethnic and the differences of motivation and hinder factors. In this study, a total of 490 research object to the indigenous people, Taiwanese, Hakka, mainlander four ethnic of Kaohsiung City and Pingtung County. Research tool that elderly lifestyle questionnaire. SPSS13.0 statistic software for data processing of descriptive statistics, chi-square test of independence, one-way ANOVA analysis of data processing. The level of significance set at α = .05. The results were as follows: 1. Taiwan's four major ethnic groups, physical activity, exercise frequency differences reached the level of significance. 2. Taiwan's four major ethnic groups, physical activity, exercise time difference in the level of significance. 3. Taiwan's four major ethnic groups, physical activity, exercise intensity difference up to the level of significance. 4. Taiwan's four major ethnic groups as a whole, and recreational resources, personal factors, environmental factors involved in motivation differences reached the level of significance. 5. Taiwan's four major ethnic groups as a whole, others attitude, cognitive factors, environmental factors, personal factors, social resources, external support, participate in demand to participate in the the hinder differences reached the level of significance.
