本研究主要目的是探討學生族群對休閒運動態度的研究，從健康、心理、自我實現、精神和社會等面向進行探討。以問卷調查方式為主，受測對象以真理大學台南校區觀光休閒事業學院學生為主。本次受訪對象共215人，扣除無效問卷8份，共有207份，佔全體問卷的96%。問卷回收後使用統計分析法計有，次數分配、因素分析、廻歸分析和單因子分析等方式。分析結果顯示，學生對於運動態度中的社會傾向最為顯著。同時也顯示性別在健康性和心理性上有顯著差異，不同年齡層、不同地區和不同系別在精神性或是社會性也有顯著的差異性。

The purpose of this study was to explore the study of students on sports attitude, Five factors included Health, Psychology, Society, Spirit and Self-realization were conducted to this study, also were investigated which factors were chosen by students. The 207 volunteers were selected form Leisure Tourism Enterprise College students in this study and took part in questionnaire investigation. Research questionnaires were analyzed using Frequency, factors, Multiple regression and One-way ANOVA. The findings of this study implied that society was thought mainly to purpose for student taking part in sports. The finding also showed that there was a significance between sex. As for other variables, those were also highly correlation by sage, department and area.
