運動俱樂部管理與健身參與動機之相關研究：以新竹地區為例

本研究探討運動俱運動樂部的參與動機，目的：一、探討運動指導員的健身運動運參與動機之差異；二、探討運動指導員的健身運動運自我呈現之差異；三、探討運動指導員不同層級之健身運動參與動機、健身運動自我呈現，與人力資源管理之相關。統計方法因素分析、相依樣本t考驗、皮爾遜積差相關、迴歸分析。本研究採用健身運動參與動機和健身運動自我呈現問卷經事前檢定，量表內部一致性之整體Cronbach''''s α系數分別為.79與.74；以兩份問卷事前檢定之結果進行因素分析，結果顯示有良好的建構效度。以方便取樣選取新竹市六家運動休閒俱樂部運動指導員為樣本進行問卷調查，有效問卷共98份。將所得的資料，以自變項中的平均數為基準，高於均數列為高組，低於均數列為低組，分別以相依樣本t考驗與迴歸分析檢驗高組和低組之參與動機、自我呈現兩變相的關係，並與樣本的人口統計資料進行比較分析。研究結果經分析討論後發現：一、工作年資和薪資較高的運動指導員，健身運動參與動機較顯著；工作年資和年齡較高者，健身運動自我呈現之表現上較顯著。二、運動指導員之健身運動參與動機與健身運動自我呈現間，有顯著相關。本研究建議：運動休閒俱樂部之應用，提昇運動指導員之運動參與和自我呈現要素能提昇俱樂部品質。未來研究方向，可針對休閒運動俱樂部管理階層、硬體設備與消費者行為進行研究。

With the convenient sampling select by examinations six exercise recreational club in Hsinchu City exercise instruction member for the sample carry on a questionnaire, effective questionnaire total 98. The data that will gain, with from the average in the variable for the basis is higher than to all count to list as Gao Zu, is lower than all number list as a low set, respectively with mutually according to sample the t test and regression analyze the participation motive of examining Gao Zu and low set, on one's own present two to become mutually of relate to, and carry on with the census taking data of the sample more analytical. Research result through analysis discussion behind find: A, work the past service and salary is higher of exercise guide member, the workout exercises to participate in motive more notable; Work past service and age more Gao Zhe, workout exercise present on one's own of performance top more notable. Two, exercise the workout of guiding the member exercise participate in the motive and workout exercise on one's own present, is notable and related. The origin studies a suggestion: Exercise the application of recreational club human resource management, promoting to exercise exercise participation of guiding the member and presenting main factor on one's own can promote club human resource management quality. Will study a direction in the future, can the human resource aiming at recreation exercise club management stratum, hardware equipment and consumer behavior carry on a research.
