台南市巴克禮紀念公園民眾晨間運動現況調查研究

台南市巴克禮紀念公園為台南市東區平日主要休憩與晨間運動重要場所，鄰近台南市文化中心。是南東區市民休憩及運動極佳的場所，本研究透過對該公園民眾參與晨間休閒運動之訪談與問卷調查，以團體組織之種類及分佈現況、活動推展現況與市民參與晨間休閒運動之習慣與需求等五大類，加以訪查，藉以瞭解台南市巴克禮紀念公園之民眾晨間休閒運動之推展現況。並歸納整理有關問卷與紀錄後，瞭解結果如下：社區公園民眾晨間運動團體項目為多元化，運動習慣養成，女性參與人數顯著多於男性，長春族又多於青年人與成年人，且公園民眾習慣採「每日」、「隨時」參與固定項目之運動，居家附近與交通方便乃選擇活動之主因。休閒運動之動機則為促進健康、紓解壓力和擴展人際關係等。

South East for leisure and sports an excellent place, this study through the park on interviews with people involved in the survey of recreational sports morning, with the kind of community organization and distribution of the status, activities, and public participation in push to show the status of the morning recreational sports and other habits and needs of five categories, to visits, in order to push people to understand Tainan Barker Memorial Park morning ritual of recreational sports show condition. And after a questionnaire and collate records, understand the following results: Community Park citizens morning exercise group project for diversification, movement habits, a significant number of women than men participate, Changchun family has more than young people and adults, and the park people accustomed to picking ＂daily＂, ＂ready＂ to participate in sports of fixed items, conveniently located near the home and is the main cause of selection activities. The motivation was to promote healthy recreational sports, relieve stress and extended relationships
