本研究目的在瞭解大專院校學生參與網球休閒運動動機、阻礙、滿意度等各變項之內涵,並探討各內涵上的差異情形。本研究以自編問卷「大專院校學生參與網球休閒運動動機、阻礙暨滿意度問卷」為研究工具,共計發出300份問卷,扣掉未回收及作答無效之問卷117份後,實得有效問卷183份,有效問卷回收率為61%,問卷結果以SPSS統計套裝軟體進行資料分析,獲得以下結論:一、大專院校學生參與網球休閒運動動機之內涵為智力性、社交性、勝任-熟練性、刺激-逃避性;阻礙之內涵為內在阻礙、人際間的阻礙、結構性阻礙;滿意度內涵為心理、教育、社會、放鬆、生理、美感。二、大專院校學生參與網球休閒運動動機最重視的因素是刺激-逃避性;結構性阻礙因素為阻礙大專院校學生參與網球休閒運動最重要之因素;在滿意度中,最重視的因素為放鬆因素。

英文摘要

This research purpose at understand the student of the institute of higher education participation tennis recreation exercise motive, bar, content of satisfaction each variable of etc., and inquire into each difference situation on the content. This research with from the plait questionnaire"the student of the institute of higher educaiton participated in the tennis recreation exercise motive, bar and satisfaction questionnaire" for studied the tool, added up to send out 300 questionnaires, buttonned up don't recall and make to answer an invalid questionnaire 117 after, too actually that effective questionnaire 183, the effective questionnaire recovery rate is 61%, questionnaire the result statisticses the software package to carry on the data analysis by SPSS and acquires to draw a conclusion: A, the student of the institute of higher educaiton participate in a tennis recreation to exercise the content of motive as intelligence, sociability and be competent-well-trained, stimulate-elusion; The content of bar for inside bar, the bar between the human relationseses, structures obstruct; Satisfaction content for the mental state, educate, society, relax, physiologies, pleasant impressions. Two, the student of the institute of higher educaiton participate in the tennis recreation exercise motive to value most for the incitement-elusion; Structure baffling factor for baffling the student of the institute of higher educaiton participate in the tennis recreation exercise the most important factor; In the satisfaction, value most of factor for relax a factor.
