本計畫針對市售宣稱減肥或壯陽等誇大不實功效之產品進行摻西藥監測調查，於103年2至9月間，委託直轄市及縣市衛生局依抽樣計畫表採分區分階段方式，自藥粧店、藥局(房)及代理商等抽樣完整包裝之膠囊狀、錠狀及粉末狀食品檢體，其中宣稱減肥功效者有62件、宣稱壯陽功效者有47件，共計109件。檢驗結果為2件檢出應以藥品管理成分，檢出率為1.8%，另有3件檢出非標示成分，其總檢出率為4.6%。不合格檢體中，1件宣稱壯陽功效之產品檢出Dithio-desmethyl carbodenafil (Sildenafilanalogue，分子量470)成分，另1件為宣稱減肥功效之產品，其所含Sennosides成分(以Sennoside A, B合計)超出每日限量12毫克。而3件檢出非標示成分之檢體則為宣稱減肥功效產品，檢出Synephrine (2件)及Caffeine (1件)等標示外之成分，不合格產品均移請原送單位進行後續行政處理。

In this report, the results were presented for the survey of pharmaceutical adulterants in dietary supplements that labeled with weight loss or treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). From February to September 2014, 109 samples were collected from cosmeceutical stores, drug stores, and agents by the local health bureaus. Among these samples, 62 samples were labeled with weight loss and 47 samples were labeled with the treatment of ED. The analytical results revealed that 2 samples (1.8%) were adulterated and 3 samples with other ingredients not labeled on the container, with a total detection rate of 4.6%. For the adulterated products, one labeled with treatment of ED was adulterated with Dithiodesmethyl carbodenafil (Sildenafil analogue MW: 470), and one labeled with weight loss contained sennoside A and B above the daily intake limit (12 mg). Besides, other ingredients detected included synephrine in 2 weight loss samples and caffeine in 1 sample.
