為瞭解市售清潔類化粧品中使用之非離子型界面活性劑壬基苯酚(nonylphenol)及壬基酚聚乙氧基醇(nonylphenol polyethylene glycol ether)等成分是否符合前行政院衛生署公告「化粧品中如需使用壬基苯酚或壬基苯酚聚乙氧基醇等成分為原料時，則其最終製品所含壬基苯酚或壬基苯酚聚乙氧基醇之含量，不得超過0.1% (W/W)」之管理規定，食藥署於103年2月至6月間委由直轄市及縣市衛生局於百貨行、公司行號、美容美髮材料行、藥粧店及美容中心等處進行抽驗，以高效液相層析儀(HPLC)配合光二極體陣列偵測器(DAD)予以檢驗。結果顯示：總計80件檢體中有79件符合規定，1件檢體不符合(佔1.3%)，檢出壬基苯酚聚乙氧基醇超出限量0.1% (W/W)。另，外盒包裝或容器標示檢查方面，不符規定者有國產品2件、輸入品3件及未標示國別者1件，合計6件(7.5%)，標示不符合規定項目以未標示「全成分」最多。不合格檢體均已函送地方衛生機關，依化粧品衛生管理條例之規定予以行政處理，本調查結果將提供行政管理參考。

The study aimed at the presence of nonylphenol and nonylphenol polyethylene glycol ether (skin and eye irritation potential) in cosmetic detergent products. Eighty samples of bubble bath, makeup cleaner, facial foam, and other cosmetic detergent were collected from cosmetic stores and pharmacies by local health authorities between February and June of 2014 in Taiwan. Samples were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with diode array detector. The results of surveillance indicated that only one product contained nonylphenol polyethylene glycol ether which exceeded the regulatory limit (0.1%) in Taiwan. The compliance survey of labeling showed 7.5% violation mainly on the missing of importing-country and all ingredients.
