為確保市售禽畜水產品中動物用藥殘留量符合我國動物用藥殘留標準規定，衛生單位依據歷年市售禽畜水產品中動物用藥殘留結果不合格率超過5.0%，或市場流通量大等因素，規劃監測市售禽畜水產品中動物用藥殘留情形。111年共抽驗39種產品品項，計7,907件，其中19件（禽產品13件、水產品6件）動物用藥殘留不符規定，總合格率達99.8%。另分析歷年動物用藥殘留監測結果，合格率自100－106年逐年提升，由90.9%提升至99.0%，並自106年之後，每年合格率均維持99%以上。此外，常檢出動物用藥不符規定之品項依序為三甲氧芐氨嘧啶、乃卡巴精、磺胺劑、恩氟喹啉羧酸及氟甲磺氯黴素。所有不合格產品均已立即通知轄管地方政府衛生局，要求業者下架、回收、停止販售及溯源追查違規產品來源，並依法處辦；監測結果亦同步提供農政主管機關，使其據以訂定相關輔導管理措施，並落實上市前之源頭管理，以有效防堵不符合動物用藥殘留標準之產品流入市面，共同保障民眾食品安全。

For the administration of veterinary drug residues in food, post-market surveillance is an effective method to ensure the products including poultry, livestock and aquatic products comply with Taiwanese law called Standards for veterinary drug residue limits in foods. Governmental health departments planned post-market surveillance programs targeted on selected animal products based on the post violations (over 5% of non-compliance rates in the past few years) and the large sales volume in the market. The results showed 19 (including 13 poultry products and 6 aquatic products) out of the 7,907 samples (39 categories) were non-complied in year 2022. The overall percentage of compliance rate was 99.8%. Statictic results found that the compliance rates were gradually increased from 90.9% to 99.0% between 2011 and 2017. Followed stable maintainance at over 99.0% after 2017. In addition, the most common veterinary drug residues in violance were reported as follows: Trimethoprim, Nicarbazine, Sulfa drugs, Enrofloxacin and Florenicol. All non-compliant reports were immediately notified to the local heath bureaus, and then associated forceses including withdraw, recall, cease, and trace were applied to the violative products and food companies. The reports were provided to agricultural authorities as well for strengthening the source management to effectively prevent violative products from entering the marketplace.
