本研究旨在瞭解職業棒球選手與衝突處理風格之差異關係,透過年齡、運動參與時間、出場順序、學歷、訓練頻率及層級等不同背景變項進行探討。本研究以2010年度中華職業棒球聯盟四支職業棒球隊選手為為研究對象,共發出122份問卷,回收之有效問卷數為95份,有效回收率高達77.87%。以自編之「職業棒球團隊選手衝突處理風格」調查問卷為本研究之工具,根據調查所蒐集之資料,經描述統計、因素分析、單因子變異數分析、積差相關分析等統計方法。研究結果顯示、職業棒球選手在衝突處理風格上,以整合風格最高,而以專斷風格最低;年齡、運動參與時間、出場順序、訓練頻率及層級在衝突處理風格上有明顯差異存在,但學歷在衝突處理風格上並沒有明顯差異存在。本研究除了針對研究結果加以討論外,並對研究結果提出建議,以供職業棒球教練或其他運動團隊教練從事球隊訓練時領導之參考或依據。

英文摘要

This study aimed to understand the correlation between the professional baseball players and conflict management styles through the discussion of background variables of age, sport participation time, appearance order, education background, training frequency and level. The population of research subjects was composed of the four professional baseball teams from Chinese Professional Baseball League in 2010. A total of 122 questionnaires were distributed; 95 were returned, which achieved a valid response rate of approximately 77.87 %. The descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA analysis, product-moment correlation analysis and other statistical methods were conducted based on the self-made questionnaire "The Conflict Management Styles of the Professional Baseball Team Players". The results showed that: 1. In Conflict Management styles of professional baseball players, the integration style was been used most of the time, whereas arbitrary style was the least one. 2. The significant differences existed among age, sport participation time, appearance order, training frequency and level on conflict management styles; however, education background didn't show any significant differences. In addition to the discussion of the research results, this study also put forwards recommendations for the reference or basis of training leadership of professional baseball coaches or other sports team coaches.
