目的：本研究目的探討頂尖女子網球選手在接發球表現對比賽之影響。方法：以Microsoft Office Excel 2010進行資料統計及分析，並以描述性統計及樞紐分析來呈現所有資料。結果：(一)獲勝者在接一發進球率63%、接二發進球率85%、接一發贏球率46%、接二發贏球率57%，進球率雖較落敗者低但贏球率較落敗者高，顯示出接發球贏球率的重要性。(二)接發球局中被保發之原因與被ACE增加、攻擊性回擊減少、防守性回擊增加及直接失誤增加有關。(三)獲勝者在接發球局得分表現為直接得分14%、雙發失誤9%、壓制回擊23%、被接拍11%、帶入對峙43%，其中帶入對峙比率較落敗者高於8%，為主要獲勝之原因。結論：在比賽中以發球優勢來保住所有發球局外，在接發球以帶入對峙回擊為主來化解對手發球優勢，並在找機會以壓制回擊取得攻擊主導權來破發，才能提高並掌握比賽的勝負。

Purpose: This study aims to the effect of return performance to the game of top profession women tennis players. Method: Use Descriptive analysis and Pivot table to analysis and Microsoft Office Excel 2010 to statistical data. Results: 1. The winner scoring rate of first return points total 63%, scoring rate of second return points total 85%, first return points won 46%, second return points won 57%. The winner's scoring rate are lower then the loser but return points won are higher then the loser, show the importantce of return points won. 2. ACE increase, offensive return decrease, defensive return increase and return error increase are the reason of the receiving games lost. 3. The winner's return points won include first shots won 14%, double fault 9%, approach return 23%, be attacked 11%, return-andrally 43%. The winning reason is the winner on return-and-rally are higher to the loser 8%. Conclusion: In the game except to use serve advantage win all service game, on service return use return-and-rally to resolve serve advantage, and take the chance approach return to break the service game, in order to improve the outcome of the game and master.
