透過心率穿戴裝置及手機APP來瞭解本校體育室教師及體育課程學生規律運動情形。方法:研究對象分為男、女學生組及男、女教職員共四組,利用心率穿戴裝置來記錄規律運動結果,學生組部分隨機選取兩門大二體育必修課程,每班60人,共計120人。教職員組由本校體育室專、兼任教師中挑選15位研究參與者。結果:一、體育課程男學生課後規律運動情形良好,平均有效運動時間為37分09秒,平均運動效率為72.23%,運動強度為每分鐘平均心跳率125.32下,運動類型以跑步49.23%最受到男學生的青睞。二、體育課程女學生課後規律運動情況佳,平均有效運動時間為41分05秒,平均運動效率為73.11%,運動強度為每分鐘平均心跳率128.30下,運動類型以跑步64.52%最受女學生的喜愛。三、體育室男教職員規律運動情形優異,平均有效運動時間為01小時10分37秒,平均運動效率為86.04%,運動強度為每分鐘平均心跳率121.89下,運動類型以跑步82.37%佔絕大多數。四、體育室女教職員規律運動情形優良,平均有效運動時間為42分18秒,平均運動效率為79.10%,運動強度為每分鐘平均心跳率135.50下,運動類型以跑步88.89%為大宗。

Purpose: Through wearable devices of heart rate and applications (APP), the situation of regular exercise of teachers in the office of physical education and students taking PE course was analyzed. Method: The subjects were divided into four groups, male students, female students, male staff and female staff. The result of their regular exercise was recorded by wearable devices of heart rate. For the groups of students, two sophomore compulsory PE courses were randomly chosen. As for the groups of staff, fifteen subjects were picked from full-time and part-time teachers in our school’s office of physical education. Result: 1. Male students in PE course performed well in terms of regular exercise after school, with the average efficient exercise time of 37 minutes and 9 seconds. The average exercise efficiency was 72.23% and the exercise intensity was 125.32 beats per minutes in average. Among the types of exercise, running was the most liked by male students with the percentage of 49.23. 2. The condition for female students to have regular exercise after school was good, with the average efficient exercise time of 41 minutes and seconds. The average exercise efficiency was 73.11% and the exercise intensity was 128.30 beats per minutes in average. Among the types of exercise, running was the most liked by female students with the percentage of 64.52. 3. The situation for male staff to exercise regularly was excellent, with the average efficient exercise time of 1 hour and 10 minutes and 37 seconds. The average exercise efficiency was 86.04% and the exercise intensity was 121.89 beats per minutes in average. Among the types of exercise, running was the most loved with the percentage of 82.37. 4. The group of female staff in the office of physical education had good performance for regular exercise, with the average efficient exercise time of 42 minutes and 18 seconds. The average exercise efficiency was 79.10% and the exercise intensity was 135.50 beats per minutes in average. Among the types of exercise, running was the most loved with the percentage of 88.89.
