本研究設計20位初學羽球的高中女子,經過20週的羽球訓練,並實施羽球專項測驗4個指標共12項目與單打比賽,經斯皮爾曼等級相關性檢定結果心肺耐力指標中、肌力肌耐力指標、瞬發力指標及敏捷性指標與初學女子單打比賽名次呈相關,為本研究結論之一。經多元逐步迴歸分析後唯一被選入的為8分鐘一跳一迴旋訓練,初學高中女子羽球單打名次多元逐步迴歸公式為38.594+.056×(8分鐘一跳一迴旋),整體多元迴歸模式達顯著,初學高中女子羽球單打名次的整體解釋力達73%為本研究結論二。最後以成對樣本T考驗對照受測者羽球訓練前、後健康體適能的差異顯示,在坐姿體前彎、仰臥起坐與八百公尺皆有顯著差異,為本研究結論三。本研究結論可以歸納說明,心肺耐力、肌力肌耐力、瞬發力與敏捷性專項體能訓練指標對初羽球訓練有密切相關;8分鐘一跳一迴旋,對初學羽球高中女子單打名次具統計上的意義。

英文摘要

In this research, after twenty weeks badminton training to twenty senior high school female badminton beginners, the four specific fitness training programs index included twelve testing items and singles match play result were to examine. Through the result of Spearman Rank Correlation, it was found that cardiorespiratory capacity, muscular strength and endurance, muscular power and agility were related to the singles ranking of those female badminton beginners. It was the conclusion one. Through multiple stepwise regression analysis, the only selected training was the training of one jump-one bounce for eight minutes. The formula of multiple stepwise regression for female badminton beginners in single ranking was 38.594+.056× (one jump-one bounce for eight minutes). The overall multiple stepwise regression model was significant and its explanation towards the singles ranking reached to 73%. It was the conclusion two. Last, applying paired samples T to refer the difference of the subjects' health related physical fitness before and after badminton training; it showed great difference in testing items of sit and reach test, sit-up test and 800 meters race. It was the conclusion three. This research concluded that specific fitness training programs of cardiorespiratory capacity, muscular strength and endurance, muscular power and agility were close related to badminton training for those female badminton beginners. The one jump-one bounce for eight minutes had statistical significance for the singles ranking of those female badminton beginners.
