本研究主要目的在瞭解臺中市國民小學體育選手之制控信念的現況。以問卷調查法填寫問卷，調查對象係以臺中市內之國民小學五、六年級體育選手選手為母群體，有效樣本計97份。回收資料以統計套裝軟體SPSS18.0執行，採用描述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定及單因子變異數分析。經分析討論或以下結論：制控信念各層面排序為內控責任、內控能力、外控機會及外控環境；不同性別國小體育選手在制控信念構面之內控責任與內控能力上均達顯著差異；不同年級之國小體育選手在制控信念上僅外控環境達顯著差異；不同父母教育程度之國小體育選手在制控信念上僅內控能力達顯著差異。本研究證實國小體育選手之不同背景確實在制控信念上存有部份顯著差異。建議日後有興趣此一領域者可加入相關變項加以探討，並輔以質化分析與縱貫式研究。研究者除對結果進行深入討論外，並將對未來研究提出具體建議。

The main purpose of this study was to understand current situation of control belief for Elementary Schools in Taichung City. The participants were 97 elementary school sports team students. Using descriptive statistics, analysis of variance to analyze the data, the results revealed that: Various levels of control belief are ranked by internal control responsibilities, internal control capabilities, external control opportunities, and external control environment; There are significant differences in responsibilities and internal control capabilities of control belief by different genders; Only the external control environment is significantly different in the control belief by different grades; Only the internal control capabilities is significantly different in the control belief by different levels of parental education. This study confirms that there are some significant differences in sports control belief of elementary school sports team students. It was suggested that future studies applying diverse physical abilities tests. Recommendations for future research were further provided in the discussion.
