本研究為比較不同自我對話組別介入對大學生體適能表現的差異情形。以立意取樣選擇研究參與者,參與者共361位學生;指導性自我對話組學生78位、激勵性自我對話組學生92位、中性-反思自我對話組學生96位以及對照組學生95位;以獨立樣本單因子變異數分析,檢驗不同自我對話組在體適能表現的差異情形。結果:一、不同自我對話組在坐姿體前彎表現有顯著差異,激勵性組的坐姿體前彎表現顯著高於指導性組。二、不同自我對話組在立定跳遠表現有顯著差異,指導性組的立定跳遠表現顯著高於中性-反思組與激勵性組;對照組的立定跳遠表現顯著大於中性-反思組。三、不同自我對話組在800與1600公尺跑走表現有顯著差異,中性-反思組的跑走秒數顯著低於指導性組與對照組;激勵性組的800與1600公尺跑走秒數顯著低於指導性組與對照組。四、不同自我對話組在仰臥起坐表現未達顯著差異。本研究提供不同自我對話對體適能表現的初步結果,建議運動教育工作者,可提供不同自我對話作為運動策略,提升大學生運動表現或效能。
