本研究探討智慧型手機多元人機介面,提出結合多元人機介面之多螢幕互動模式,讓使用者能夠與多媒體平面互動,增進戶外大型螢幕的應用價值。研究方法採用雛型開發法,並以公開展示、觀察法、專家訪談及問卷調查來評估成效。經由雛型開發實作多螢幕互動作品,經兩次公開展示,透過觀察法、專家訪談及根據使用性構面:易學性、操作速度、操作記憶持續時間,以問卷調查進行使用性及互動行為滿意度分析。本研究發現:一、多元人機介面多種操作方式,相較於傳統的操作認知是較難學習的。二、使用者對於多螢幕多人互動方式留下深刻印象。三、流暢的操作速度能有效提升多螢幕互動模式的使用性。四、多螢幕多人互動模式能增進人與人之間的互動交流。

英文摘要

This study explored the smartphone human-computer interface, proposed multi-screen interaction mode combining smartphone human-computer interface. Design appropriate interaction allows users to interact with media facades and enhance the overall value. Using prototyping as major research method, and this paper evaluated the result by public exhibitions, observation, expert interviews and questionnaire. This paper designed and implemented a multiscreen collaborative interactive artwork, evaluated the work by held two public exhibitions. During the public exhibitions, use the observation and expert interviews to improve the work. Finally, we use the usability measures: time to learn, speed of performance, and retention over time to evaluate usability and satisfaction by questionnaires. This research discovered the following: (1) Comparing to traditional operational cognition, multi human-computer interaction's operation was harder to learn. (2) Users' had deep impression of the operation of multi-screen and multi-user interaction. (3) Fluent operation speed can effectively enhance the multi-screen interactive mode of the overall usability. (4) Multi-screen and multi-user interaction can improve the people communication.
